This presentation covers the history of the British Invasion and the music it brought. The British Invasion music era of the 1960's was an international phenomenon that dominated popular music. Hailing form England, this era in music brought The Beatles and other such influential hit-makers as The Who, the Rolling Stones, The Animals and many others. This presentation will cover the history of the artists and influencers of the British Invasion of the 1960's and highlight how this musical era is connected to myths, icons, rituals, stereotypes and heroes.
