A full body ballet fitness workout that targets, shapes and defines all the major muscle groups of the body, in a low impact, high intensity fashion. Barre Hopping will challenge your strength, balance and coordination and will encourage graceful and poised carriage. A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training. This class is low impact on bones and joints. All fitness levels welcome.
