Driving Performance
Effective leadership requires more than just vision-it requires action. Driving Performance is a hands-on, high-impact training designed for supervisors and managers who want to sharpen their skills in giving feedback, managing conflict, and making effective decisions. Through role-play, self-assessment, and real-world problem solving, this full-day workshop equips participants with practical tools to lead with confidence and drive team performance.
1. Giving Feedback, Delegating, and Coaching - Learn how to provide and receive feedback across all levels of the organization. Practice motivational techniques, explore coaching using a proven four-step method, and discuss delegation strategies to build accountability and performance. Group activities include case card simulations and discussion of behavioral patterns, "The Abilene Paradox," and groupthink.
2. Conflict Management and Communication - Discover your personal conflict style and learn to apply different strategies for resolution based on context and outcomes. Gain tools to handle difficult conversations, defuse complainers, and say "no" effectively without escalating conflict.
3. Decision Making and Problem Solving - Explore decision-making models that align with organizational goals. Participants will apply a structured problem-solving method to a real issue from their workplace, building confidence in navigating challenges and making sound decisions under pressure.
This training offers a powerful blend of introspection, interactive learning, and workplace application. Participants leave with a refined approach to leadership that balances empathy, accountability, and strategic thinking-ready to take action and lead with impact.
