Through three focused sessions, participants will explore how to lead with awareness, empathy, and strategy in an increasingly complex workplace.
1. Generational Differences - Gain insight into the defining characteristics, strengths, and expectations of different generations. Learn strategies to manage generational gaps and leverage diverse perspectives to foster innovation, engagement, and collaboration.
2. Communication Roadblocks - Identify common communication roadblocks in diverse teams and explore practical techniques to reduce misunderstandings. Participants will build an action plan to address their own communication challenges and enhance dialogue across teams.
