Tone, strengthen and add flexibility to your muscles with resistance type exercises using dynabands and hand weights to help prevent degenerative diseases. This class focuses on strengthening your core using not only the plank but a variety of exercises, which is the most important area to target for your overall health. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
