Reflexology This will be a 2-session class: 24FFIT31 Session 1 Exploring using complimentary services learning more about the use of guided imagery, reflexology, healing touch, reiki to turn off the mind so the body can relax and manage stress better. 24FFIT32 Session 2 The history of reflexology and the anatomy of the feet and the principles of how it is a technique to reah every body system through hands and feet. Reflexology hand and foot maps could be introduced as well as instruction on basic techniques to promote relaxation and improve immune and body systems. What's in your toolbox?
