Hate to exercise but love to dance? Then Terra's senior dance class may be just what your mind, body and soul has been looking for!
We move to all kinds of music from country to pop to the "oldies". Some of our selections include Mambo Italiano, Old Time Rock and Roll, Sway, Mamma Mia, Electric Slide, Cowboy Boogie and the Cowboy Charleston. All steps are explained and practiced in a relaxed atmosphere. Just bring a water bottle and a smile and join the "happy" dance party! You will be glad you did.
