The U.S. Lifesaving presentation will be about the esablishment of the Revenue Cutter Service, the increasing loss of life and porperty in marine sinking's, the loss of schooner Conseuelo off Marblehead in 1875 and the establishment of the U.S. Lifesaving Service and its transition to the U.S. Coast Guard in 1915, plus discussion about USCG Station Marblehead today.
