In this class we will take an in depth look into the amazing life of the most famous Indian in the World, the fearless Apache warrior Chief, and later, great huckster, know as Geronimo. His given name was Goyathlay or, "the one who yawns." Some say the name Geronimo is a corruption of his given name; others believe he was such a brave and "take no prisoners" warrior that Mexican soldiers invoked the name of Saint Jerome when facing him in battle. Join us as we investigate the fascinating life of this legendary icon of the American West.
